This was another great project. We bought this single-level single family home in the Mahinui neighborhood of Kaneohe, just off Kaneohe Bay Drive. The owner was facing foreclosure and needed help NOW. We were able to work with her lender to stop the foreclosure proceedings, buy the house AND help improve her credit at the same time!
We also completed a beautiful renovation of this home, including converting the existing ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom to two separate full bathrooms.
At the end of the day, everyone was very happy, especially the home seller!
